Hi, I’m Charlotte, a Certified Non-Diet Nutrition & Women's Health Coach.
My mission is to empower women to take charge of their health through a whole-body, compassionate and non-dieting approach.
Why I Became a Health Coach
My journey into coaching stemmed from the struggles I have experienced with my health as a woman and my attempts to navigate our healthcare system. I personally learned how overwhelming, frustrating and disheartening it can be to try and find the right information and support for the unique health challenges we face as women. Not to mention the endless battle we endure trying to be heard by time-pressured healthcare providers!
I have also encountered the damaging side of diet culture, from restrictive, prescriptive eating rules and punishing workouts to body dysmorphia and a distrust of my own senses. I now firmly believe that food is a pleasure, movement can be a joy and our bodies are not meant to look one particular way.
My Approach
I believe that every woman knows their body better than anyone else, we just don’t have access to the help we need. Without the space (or time!) to discuss our health concerns and needs fully with our healthcare providers, many of us are left confused and unsupported in caring for our health.
As a Health Coach, my role is to partner with you and provide a safe space to listen to your story and what your definition of health is. We then work together to explore your health goals and create sustainable lifestyle changes through a whole-body and weight-inclusive approach, without dieting or restriction. You decide on the direction of our sessions based on what is important to you and your wellbeing.
I’m not here to replace your existing healthcare providers. I’m here to work alongside them in supporting you so that you can achieve your highest health potential.
My Credentials
I undertook the NHS-approved, Qualifi-accredited Level 5 dual Diploma in Nutrition & Health Coaching and Women’s Health & Wellness Coaching, provided by the renowned Well College Global. My specialised subjects include:
