New to health coaching? Here are three simple steps that outline the journey for you.
Your Free Discovery Call
Duration: 20 minutes | Cost: Free | Format: Zoom
This is our chance to connect, discuss your health goals and find out if Women’s Body Trust Coaching feels right for you. There are no obligations with this call; it’s free and there are no commitment requirements.
If you have any questions or queries about health coaching or my services, this is a great time to ask what’s on your mind!
2. Your First Coaching Session
Duration: 60 minutes | Cost: £50 | Format: Zoom | Requirements: Coaching Agreement
We take a deeper look at what’s going on for you, where you are now and where you would like to be.
First sessions often involve:
Setting a “Vision Statement” or overall goal that you would like to achieve through coaching.
Exploring what’s important to you and your health.
Creating tools or tasks for you to take away after the session.
You decide on the direction you wish to take with your session and what you would like to achieve in our time together.
Before your first coaching session, I will send you a Coaching Agreement to read through and accept. This is an informal agreement (not a legally binding contract) that sets expectations of coaching and ensures that we’re on the same page.
3. Ongoing Support & Progress
Session Frequency: Weekly, fortnightly, monthly | Number of Sessions: 6 – 12 (on average)
You can choose how often you would like your coaching sessions, depending on your needs. Most clients work with me for 6 to 12 sessions (on average), but you may want more or fewer depending on your goals and circumstances.
Throughout your coaching journey, we will reflect on your progress, celebrate your wins and deepen your self-trust and confidence as you make your desired changes.
